If the memory card is corrupted and as a result the images in it are lost, due to the second cause above, you need to reformat the card, which will erase all the files already saved in it. Then run an updated data backup process; it may recover your lost files. Backup process is also a solution for deleted files. However, if it cannot recover the lost or deleted files, you need to use some powerful digital image recovery software.
