Involved in the collision, liability insurance, no one has mentioned, the video that I was right, now what?
The official did not mention the driver who caused the accident. I am responsible, so now I'm not a police report to my insurance company that defects other driver. (Actually it was the fault of another driver). After leaving the car park (scene), I thought the surveillance camera in the lot and after a call quick with the manager, I now, the video shows clearly that the other driver hit me. What now? I filed no complaints against the police officer think of the surveillance camera. I also want to send the movie to the other driver to prove my point. Good idea or not? Also, I'll give my company insurance, but the fund will not pay anything because I did nothing wrong. Thanks
1. The police do not determine negligence is what it is, 2. Negligence is determined by the facts (what you did, what they did) 3. Just because another car hit, they can not agree to do nothing to bring him to hit, 4. You do not need a police report, 5. Copy the movie and give your insurance company
