What’s the best video camera under $300?

I got a Kodak Zi6 a few years back, and I have a few problems. Low light quality is bad, zoom is very limited, it’s a chocolate-bar shape, no image stabilizer, and it runs on AA’s.
Christmas is coming up and I have $300 to spend. I was gonna replace me Kodak Zi6 with another Flash-memory camera. I was looking for one that can basically fix all the problems I had with the Zi6.
I’m thinking about getting the Sony Bloggie – CM5. It fixes everything except for the low-light situation.
Are there any better camera with image stabilizer, good low-light, not a chocolate bar-shaped camera, optical zoom, and flash memory?

i ‘d like the Canon VIXIA HF-R100 ,it look more cool and fashion with only $260 like i got , has Mic and headphone jacks rare in this price class, also straightforward and functional design . i think you should have a look , it’s indeed value for money , something like this , and hope it will help you .
