sony video camera batteries
i have a sony cybersot dsc-p73 digital camera and it wont keep a charge?
well the kind of camera i have is that you need to put AA batteries in it and i usually take them out of the fridge.
but anyways when i look at the pics i have on my camera the battery is fine but when i switch to take a picture or record a video it just turns off and wont turn on if its in picture mode.
whts the problem? how can i fix it?
Replacing the batteries will probably help. I dont know if you tried that already or not, but it sounds like there is a lens error if it is not the batteries. You can try getting your camera cleaned or you can get a lens cleaning kit. You might have to go ask a professional, there are a bunch of things that could be causing this.
